fibro heating advantages

Fibro Swimming Pool

Despite the fact that fibreglass is an insulating materiel itself all of our swimming pools are insulated with polyurethane foam, maintaining water temperature up to 8 F degrees warmer than in any other pool. Only 15% of our costumer install gas heater on our swimming pools, most of them lives in the north where the weather is a bit colder or some of them simply have a backyard with a lot of trees making shade to the pool.
From the star of July to the end of August your water temperature will be higher than 80 F degree.
A propane gas system will allow you to use your swimming pool sooner and longer in the season.
When purchasing your pool, without a heater you will save 3000$ to 5000$, you can add to your saving 800$ to 1 200$ save every years by not having to use a heater.

Liner & Concrete

The ground temperature is about 60 F degree when you go 4’-6’’ deep regardless of the weather outside.
Liner swimming pools are made of a concrete bottom and steel walls, both of theses materials lead easily the cold.
You will only be able to swim in water warmer than 80 F degrees without a heater 2 weeks in July. This is why those liner and concrete companies will do everything to try to sale you a heater but will not tell you about all the fees this will occurs. A good gas heating system for a 15’ x 30’ swimming pool could easily consume 10 litres per hour. A litre cost around 0.70$, so we are talking about an average of 7.00$ for every hour in use.

Gunite

The ground effect is the same of a liner and concrete swimming pool for a gunite swimming pool. But the fact that this kind of swimming pools are entirely made of concrete meaning that the cold will be even more lead to the interior of the pool. Necessary those type of pools if heated, will consume a higher amount of gas.
